La ausencia recordada. Memoria colectiva de un pueblo caficultor.

This article is a tour of the methodologies and the results of an investigation carried out in Pijao, a growing town South of Quindío, Colombia. During the investigation emerged the need to make use of photography as a source of information through a particular methodology. In this way, was made in brief a linear path of history that begins in a past of revelry and good times, passing through three events at the end of the 20th century and ends in a decadent present and going nowhere. However, the village an insult these negative situations, these issues, in a unique way that will store through the text. This will involve the remembered absence it's how as the pijaenses face a present that has changed compared to the past, as is the resistance of the inhabitants to change.
