El arte del video indígena en los Andes.

This paper addresses the issue of indigenous media in the Andes as a form of appropriation of audiovisual language. Proposes a methodology for analysis of (de) construction material from the smallest unit of narrative film and, relying on categories used by Rolena Adorno and elements of discourse analysis, as well as using Freya Schiwy works as a reference. Identifies identity marks, and checks audiovisual material from both, the image and from the oral discourse. This methodological approach applied to video Rebeldías y Esperanzas, allows to reach an alternative analysis of the video, while it configurates a form of commnunicative expression where is possible to rediscover the notion of memory.
