The following work is an ethnographic approximation to a particular type of graffiti’s of the city of Valparaiso, developed by who name’s himself as “Efecto Peña ". From his striped he tries to mould in the hills and streets of this sea city his dissatisfaction opposite to the idea of patrimony like belonging to the elite and removed from the persons who daily travel and use the urban space.
Meaning the places, reappropriating the urban space: graffiti in Valparaiso, the case of the "Peña Effect".
