The following article is aimed at analyzing two pictures liked to the American horror cinema: The day of deaths and Resident Evil 2, respectively. As a result of this and features compared in one and other movie, we found enough evidence to argue there exists correlation between the Germanic mythology and this kind of cinema; principally the material oriented to the Death Cult or Filgias Cult.
